     Our Dean-Damele Elliott                Hubbard, PhD

 Dr. Damele Elliott-Hubbard teaches Composition at Medgar Evers College, and at Baruch College. She is the author of two books, Fields of Gold, and A Touch of Destiny. She is an award winning filmmaker, and has hosted several television and radio shows.

 

Dr. Elliott-Hubbard became a certified chaplain in September 2020, and joined the INT. Alliance of Chaplain & Law Enforcement, Volunteers in Police Service. She is now the Virtual Chaplain for the Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, in Brooklyn, NY.

 

Dr. Elliott-Hubbard holds a BA from the College of New Rochelle, an MFA in Creative Writing from Brooklyn College, an MA of Philosophy in English from the CUNY Graduate Center, an MA of Theology from the National School of Theology, a ThD from the National School of Theology, and a PhD in Composition and Rhetoric from the CUNY Graduate Center.


 Dr. Elliott-Hubbard became the dean of the National School of Theology, New York in 2021. She is a motivational speaker and certified Life Coach.
